From the very beginning, MAS BAUX was all about beautiful encounters and creating connections between people. At several occasions, we met Philippe Klein and Daniel Fleury, epicurean journalists, photographers and madly in love with their terroir. We have the honor of appearing in their book called “Encounters : The Essentials of Gastronomy”, made in the long run by these two personalities from the local media industry.
